1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from Reliable Cycles (“we”, “us”), 88 Voortrekker Street, Klerksdorp. They don’t take away any of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Our website and catalogue

• This website shows our range of bicycles, parts and accessories. It doesn’t take orders or payments online. All sales happen in our shop.
• We keep the catalogue as up to date as we can, but stock moves quickly. Please call or WhatsApp us on 084 786 7499 to check availability before you visit.
• Prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and may change without notice. The price at the till when you buy is the price you pay. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we’ll let you know before you buy.
• Photos are for illustration. Colours and specifications may differ slightly from what’s shown.

3. Buying in store

• Please keep your receipt. You’ll need it for any return, exchange or warranty claim.
• Before you buy, we’re happy to check that the bike is the right size for the rider. Our size guide is a good starting point.

4. Returns, faults and warranties

• Faulty goods: if something you bought from us is defective, bring it back with your receipt within six months of purchase. We’ll repair or replace it, or refund you, as the Consumer Protection Act requires.
• Manufacturer warranties: some products carry an extra warranty from the manufacturer. Ask us about the warranty when you buy.
• What isn’t a fault: normal wear and tear (such as tyres, tubes, brake pads and chains), accidents, misuse, or damage from incorrect repairs or modifications.
• Change of mind: please speak to us. Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be exchanged at our discretion.

5. Safety

Please wear a helmet, check your brakes and tyres before riding, and make sure children ride a bike that fits them and are supervised. Riding is at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for injury or loss caused by misuse or by poor maintenance of a bicycle.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
